We work through every detail together before breaking ground, from floor plan and structural decisions to material selections and finishes.

Every choice is yours, and every build is managed from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Each lot gets a site-specific approach based on grade, drainage, orientation, and local code requirements. No two builds are the same because no two clients, lots, or visions are the same.

    Consultation

    You share your vision, your goals, and we figure out exactly what it takes to bring your vision to life.

    Every detail gets mapped out before a single nail is driven. Selections, timelines, budgets, and blueprints — all decided together. Planning saves you time and protects your budget.

    Construction

  • Most custom home builds, depending on the scope, take 6-12 months. Planning and design are imperative to ensure a smooth build schedule.

  • We can discuss house layout considering energy efficient orientation. We consider all utilities that will be integrated into the home addressing performance, functionality and budget.

  • DeClue Homes builds throughout Springfield Missouri and surrounding areas.

    This includes all of Southwest Missouri, serving Branson, Nixa, Ozark, Springfield, and Bolivar. We work in the 417, which keeps our knowledge of local terrain, suppliers, and permit processes current across every project we take on.

  • Every build is different, which makes a single number hard to give without context. Cost is driven by square footage, site conditions, material selections, and the scope of finishes. We work through budget details directly during the planning phase so you have a clear picture before anything is committed. If something falls outside your budget, we identify it early and work through the options together.

  • The first step is a conversation. We talk through your vision and timeline. From there we can give you an honest picture of what your project involves and how we work. Reach out through the contact page and we will be in touch.

  • Both work. Some clients come to us with plans already drawn. Others need help getting there first. We work with trusted architects and designers in the 417 and can connect you with the right people based on your project. If you already have plans, we can review them and get to work. The goal either way is making sure the plans we build from are detailed, accurate, and ready before construction starts.
